Professor Obeng is a British educator who is recognized for his success as a motivational speaker, innovator and author. You know how sometimes when you’re trying to lead, it’s difficult to get it to actually replicate through the organization? You know how sometimes people can be a bit resistant to change? And in this world of digital technology, actually getting your leadership to really come from you and into the hearts of other people is really difficult.
So, what I want to do with the one and a half hours I’m going to spend with you, is for us to actually explore that. I’m going to tell some personal stories, stories from people I’ve worked with, and I’ll give you some tools and methods and some tricks as well. We’re going to have a good time, it’s going to be fun, and you’re going to leave with something concrete you can do differently.
