▪ PART OF WONDERFUL COPENHAGEN’S TOP MANAGEMENT TEAM. Heading the Development Department of 15 people, responsible for the organization’s 2020-strategy, Chinese market development, research & project development and smart destination development.
▪ LEAD DESIGNER AND RESPONSIBLE FOR WONDERFUL COPENHAGEN’S 2020-STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT. The comprehensive, open process and final product broke new ground by involving local citizens, implementing Google-inspired sprints with travel-related start-ups and finally declaring the end of tourism, as we know it, setting a future course towards a stronger focus on marketing through enablement, people-based growth and localhood.
▪ OVERALL RESPONSIBLE FOR TOMORROW’S URBAN TRAVEL CONFERENCE 2017. Within the theme of localhood, I was responsible for the overall development, conceptualisation and curation of the annual international conference with 300+ attendees. On Oct 12 in the Royal Danish Playhouse, I co-hosted and co-moderated the full day programme of international keynotes and thought leaders within travel.
▪ INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC SPEAKER. Keynote speaker at Melbourne Live 2017 (June 2017), at Destinations International Annual Convention 2017 in Montreal (July 2017) and at European Cities Marketing Spring Conference on the future role of the Destination Marketing Organization (Feb 2017).
